An overwhelming majority of people with chronic conditions identify pain as a key concern. This six-part, no-cost workshop presented by Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging teaches participants to make informed decisions and presents strategies and tools to improve or complement treatments and other pain management efforts.  

A workbook and materials are provided. Registration deadline is Thursday, May 4.

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
