Program Description

Event Details

In partnership with Licking Park District, Anne Balogh offers a 2 session ornithology class on Ohio birds, including their biology, habits and habitats.

Weather permitting, Anne also leads a Birdwatching Tour for class members on April 24th.  Some light walking is involved.  The April 24th tour takes place at 9:30 am and is held at Infirmary Mound Park located at 4351 Lancaster Rd, Granville, OH, 43023.

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County. All adults are welcome. Empowered Minds is supported by a sustaining gift from Robert Trimble Jr., a lifelong learner, and, in part, by Licking County Senior Levy. Donations are appreciated.
