Event Details

Word Slinger Squad is a creative writing workshop for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The goals of Word Slinger Squad are to encourage community connections, creativity and the practice of writing. We welcome special guest, Heather Shaw, an award-winning writer and developmental editor for Boyle & Dalton Publishing. Her writing has appeared in Best of Ohio Short Stories, Best of Vine Leaves Literary Journal and Midland (Simon & Schuster).  Teens are welcome too!
