Associate Professor Nathaniel Swigger (OSU Newark) gives a talk on the current voting rights in Ohio. Nathaniel is an Associate Professor at the Newark campus, has research and teaching interests in American politics with emphasis on public opinion, political psychology, campaigns and elections, pop culture, and media analysis.
