Dr. Scott Smitson discusses global tensions relating to China and Taiwan and the numerous geopolitical ramifications. Dr. Smitson is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow in Politics & Public Affairs at Denison University. He is a geopolitical strategist, global futures forecaster, political scientist and a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Army.

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
