Janet Kohn, from Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, discusses how memory works, the factors affecting it and practical techniques to improve it. Gaming experts from Comic Shop Plus review some of the top games to support memory improvement.

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
