Dr. Jeff Sharp offers a hands-on discussion of marketing measures embedded in a variety of milk containers that seek to communicate environmental and sustainability themes. Dr. Sharp is a Professor with the School of Environment and Natural Resources at Ohio State University, where he offers classes on community development and sustainability. His areas of research are rural sociology, the sociology of agriculture and food systems, and the rural-urban interface.
This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
