Author and educator, Sarah Harper, discusses her research on this fascinating period of transportation history in Ohio. Copies of the author's book, Exploring Ohio's Canals, are available for purchase and signing at the time of the program.

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
