As we approach the two-year anniversary of the East Palestine train derailment, Reid Frazier discusses the background, impact and current issues relating to this tragic event. Reid R. Frazier is an Energy Reporter for The Allegheny Front, an award-winning public radio program covering environmental issues in western Pennsylvania.

This free, virtual program is part of our lifelong learning series Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County. All adults are welcome.
