Dr. Megan Threlkeld reviews the history and legacy of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Dr. Threlkeld is Professor and Chair of the History Department at Denison University. She is a historian of the 20th-century United States, focusing especially on women, foreign relations and law. She is the author of Pan American Women: U.S. Internationalists and Revolutionary Mexico (2014), and Citizens of the World: U.S. Women and Global Government (2022). 

This free program is part of our lifelong learning series, Empowered Minds. The focus of this signature service is healthy aging and enrichment for the retirement-age citizens of Licking County.
