Ornithologist Anna Rose discusses global bird and insect diversity in the context of her research projects in Ohio and in the cloud forests of Costa Rica's Talamanca Mountains. 

Anna Rose is a PhD candidate in the Forest Bird and Landscape Ecology Lab of the School of Environment and Natural Resources at The Ohio State University where she studies the impacts of ticks on nesting birds in southeastern Ohio, specifically in Wood Thrushes and Ovenbirds.
